How do I place an order?

Postage for up to 500g is $9.00 and $12.00 up to 3kg. Below are the steps required to place an order-

  • Send us an email, fax or phone with the blends required and your postage details.
  • If you email us, please include your contact details so we can contact you for payment.
  • Once payment is completed your parcel will be sent off within the same business day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Money Orders or Direct Deposit. We will provide Direct Deposit details upon placing your order.

Where will you ship to?

We currently use Australia Post as our delivery method, which is Australia Wide. We send parcels via Express Registered mail at a cost of $9.00 up to 500g/$12.00 up to 3kg. This ensures that your parcel is trackable and you will generally recieve it by the next working day.

How long have you been operating for?

Our website hs only been operating since the latter half of 2008. Our storefront has been operating since 1994.

Do you have a store I can visit?

We sure do! You can find our contact details on our Tobaccoblends.com.au Contact Page. Our store also sells a full range of imported Cuban, Dominican and Honduran cigars, just to list a few countries. You will also find Tattslotto products, we are an Authorised Beanie Kid Dealer and have a range of Newspapers and Sub News.

Can I request a particular blend?

We are more than happy to take requests, it will be filed and we will do our best to get our hands on the blend. Please be aware that due to the long processes and high costs involved of importing new blends this may take a while or may never eventuate. We cannot give you an ETA.

Can anyone buy your Tobacco Blends?

You must be aged 18 years and over to purchase tobacco products within Australia. If you are under international law, you must abide by your state and federal laws in regards to the legal age to buy tobacco products.

Where do your blends come from?

Our McClelland products come directly from McClelland Tobacco Company of Kansas City, Missouri USA. We are the Australian distributor for McClelland Tobacco Company. McClelland takes the utmost care in transporting their blends. Our Peter Stokkebye products are produced in Denmark and imported by a local Australian supplier. This supplier is has a lot of knowledge of tobacco blending and in the proper care of it. And our Samuel Gawith blends have been made by the same family of master blenders for over 200 years in Kendal, Cumbria, England.
